摘 要:传统的城市防洪排涝工作缺乏对暴雨洪水、防汛突发事件的快速预警机制和迅捷处理能力,随着智慧城市建设发展进程的加快,利用不断涌现的新技术在城市防洪排涝体系建设中构建一套整体的智能化调控体系是智慧城市建设的基础保障。以城市洪涝灾害的成因作为关注点,结合现今城市排水设计标准和大尺度河网非恒定流数学模型建立较为完善的城市排涝体系,利用物联网、云计算、大数据分析等技术手段搭建防洪排涝智能调度平台,顺应智慧城市建设的理念,提升防洪排涝系统的实用性和智能化,为城市防洪排涝提供更高效、更精准的管理手段和技术支持。Traditional urban flood control and drainage work lacks the ability to respond quickly to heavy rain,floods,and flood control emergencies.With the acceleration of the development process of smart city construction,the use of emerging new technologies to build an overall intelligent regulation and control system in the construction of urban flood control and drainage system is the basic guarantee for smart city construction,this paper aims to establish a relatively complete urban drainage system by taking the causes of urban flood disasters as the main starting point,combining the current urban drainage design standards and the mathematical model of non-constant flow of large-scale river networks,and using the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data analysis and other technical means to build an intelligent dispatching platform for flood control and drainage.In line with the concept of smart city construction,the practicability and intelligence of the flood control and drainage system should be improved,and more efficient and accurate management methods and technical support should be provided for urban flood control and drainage.
