摘 要:装配式建筑作为绿色建筑的一种创新形式,以其优越的施工效率、较少的建筑垃圾以及节能环保等优势,逐渐成为推进现代建筑行业发展的重要措施。通过总结装配式建筑的特点及其发展现状,进一步分析了绿色建筑背景下装配式建筑的实践应用效果,并基于评价指标体系给出了综合评价结果。研究结果表明,绿色建筑背景下装配式建筑有着较强的应用基础,项目综合评价在节能减排、节约资源和保护环境等方面表现突出,展示了绿色装配式建筑技术的巨大潜力。As an innovative form of green buildings,prefabricated buildings,with their advantages such as superior construction efficiency,reduction of construction waste,energy conservation,and environmental protection,have gradually become an important measure to promote the development of the modern construction industry.This paper summarizes the characteristics and development status of prefabricated buildings,further analyzes their practical application effects in the context of green buildings,and gives a comprehensive evaluation result based on the evaluation index system.The research results show that prefabricated buildings in the context of green buildings have a strong application foundation.In the comprehensive project evaluation,they perform outstandingly in aspects such as energy conservation and emission reduction,resource conservation,and environmental protection,demonstrating the great potential of green prefabricated building technology.
