摘　　要：为抑制无油工艺螺杆压缩机出口气流脉动,分析了其产生原因,介绍了几种常用的抑制气流脉动措施。结合两个企业遇到的螺杆压缩机出口管线振动问题,通过将消声器、孔板、文丘里管、缓冲罐等一系列措施相结合,有效抑制了气流脉动,降低了管线的振动,取得了良好的效果。In order to suppress the gas flow pulsation at the outlet of oil-free process screw compressors,this paper analyzes the causes of its generation and introduces several common measures for suppressing gas flow pulsation.Combining with the vibration problems of the outlet pipelines of screw compressors encountered by two enterprises,through the combination of a series of measures such as mufflers,orifice plates,Venturi tubes,and buffer tanks,the gas flow pulsation has been effectively suppressed,the vibration of the pipelines has been reduced,and good results have been achieved.
