金矿选矿厂设备管理与维修优化研究

摘　　要：黄金作为一种重要贵金属,在金融等领域有着不可替代的作用,金矿开采与选矿成为资源开发的重点对象。为保证金矿选矿设备的正常使用,进而保障选矿厂的正常生产运营,研究金矿选矿厂设备管理与维修优化具有深远意义。对金矿选矿厂设备管理与维修优化展开研究,首先概述金矿选矿厂设备,其次提出金矿选矿厂设备常见维修管理问题,最后论述金矿选矿厂设备维修优化方法。研究显示,通过高效落实上述优化对策,能够全面提高金矿选矿厂设备的稳定性。As an important precious metal,gold plays an irreplaceable role in the financial and other fields.Gold ore mining and dressing have become the key objects of resource development.Against this backdrop,studying the optimization of equipment management and maintenance in gold ore dressing plants is of far-reaching significance,ensuring the normal operation of gold ore dressing equipment and thus guaranteeing the normal production and operation of the dressing plants.Based on this,this paper conducts research on the optimization of equipment management and maintenance in gold ore dressing plants.Firstly,it gives an overview of the equipment in gold ore dressing plants.Secondly,it points out the common problems in equipment maintenance management in gold ore dressing plants.Finally,it expounds on the optimization methods for equipment maintenance in gold ore dressing plants.The research shows that by effectively implementing the above-mentioned optimization countermeasures,the stability of the equipment in gold ore dressing plants can be comprehensively improved.
