摘  要:水利工程是保障国家水资源安全、促进区域经济发展的重要基础设施。随着气候变化和地质条件的复杂性增加,水利施工项目面临更高的挑战。为了提高施工效率、保障工程质量与安全,先进施工技术和管理模式的应用显得尤为重要。以某水利施工项目为例,探讨了BIM技术、无人机航测、智能传感器等技术在项目中的应用与创新。深入分析了项目面临的地质、气候、施工管理和环保等多重挑战,提出了基于智能化施工管理与绿色技术的解决方案。研究表明,通过信息化管理平台和技术创新,项目有效应对了复杂环境,确保了工程进度与质量。Water conservancy projects are important infrastructure for ensuring national water resources security and promoting regional economic development.With the increasing complexity of climate change and geological conditions,water conservancy construction projects face higher challenges.In order to improve construction efficiency and ensure project quality and safety,the application of advanced construction technologies and management models is particularly important.Taking a water conservancy construction project as an example,this paper explores the application and innovation of technologies such as BIM technology,UAV aerial survey,and intelligent sensors in the project.It deeply analyzes the multiple challenges faced by the project,including geology,climate,construction management,and environmental protection,and proposes solutions based on intelligent construction management and green technologies.The research shows that through the informatization management platform and technological innovation,the project has effectively coped with the complex environment,ensured the project progress and quality,and provided valuable experience for the industry.
