摘 要:SSZ-13分子筛膜由于其特殊的孔道结构、对CO_(2)较高的吸附性及良好的热稳定性,广泛应用于轻质气体的分离,如CO_(2)/CH_(4)、CO_(2)/N_(2)等。锶长石是一种硅铝酸盐类长石,其晶体结构具有合成SSZ-13分子筛所必需的双六元环结构,是快速、高效制备SSZ-13分子筛膜的理想材料。以锶长石为原料,转晶制备SSZ-13分子筛晶种,然后采用二次生长法,分别在α-Al_(2)O_(3)和锶长石载体上成功制备出可用于气体分离的SSZ-13分子筛膜。采用XRD、SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法对样品的结构、性能进行表征,并分别对在α-Al_(2)O_(3)和锶长石载体上制备的SSZ-13分子筛膜进行CO_(2)、CH_(4)等单组分气体渗透通量和气体选择性测试,结果表明在锶长石载体上的SSZ-13分子筛膜对CO_(2)的渗透通量为1.827×10^(-6)~2.539×10^(-6)mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa),而对CH_(4)的渗透通量基本在1×10^(-7)mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa)以下,具有优异的气体分离性能。与传统合成法相比,该研究使用的锶长石原料和二次生长法显著提升了晶化速率,降低了生产成本与能耗,因此在制备分子筛膜用于气体分离领域具有广泛的发展前景。SSZ-13 zeolite membrane is widely used in the separation of light gases,such as CO_(2)/CH_(4),CO_(2)/N_(2),due to its spe-cial pore structure,CO_(2) adsorption and good thermal stability.Strontium feldspar,as an aluminosilicate feldspar,is an ideal material for the rapid and efficient preparation of SSZ-13 zeolite membranes because of its double six-membered ring struc-ture necessary for the synthesis of SSZ-13 zeolite in its crystal structure.SSZ-13 zeolite seeds were prepared by crystal transformation using strontium feldspar as raw material,and then SSZ-13 zeolite membranes for gas separation were suc-cessfully prepared onα-Al_(2)O_(3) and strontium feldspar supports by secondary growth method.The structure and properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,N_(2) adsorption and desorption.The single-component gas permeation flux and gas selectivity of CO_(2)and CH_(4) were carried out on the SSZ-13 zeolite membrane prepared by strontium feldspar crystal transformation.The results showed that the permeation flux of CO_(2) by SSZ-13 zeolite membrane in this study was 1.827×10^(-6)~2.539×10^(-6) mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa),while the permeation flux of CH_(4) was below 1×10^(-7) mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa).The zeolite membrane with excellent gas separation performance was prepared.Compared with the traditional synthesis method,the strontium feldspar raw material and the secondary growth method used in this study significantly increased the crystalliza-tion rate and reduced the production cost and energy consumption.Therefore,it had broad development prospects in the field of preparing zeolite membrane for gas separation.
