摘　　要：本文分析了贵州黔南柑橘产业发展存在的问题,从生产管理、品牌建设、基础设施建设等多个方面提出精细化管理,提升品质,提高果园标准化生产水平,加强品牌建设,加大基础设施建设力度,顺畅线上线下一体化销售渠道等对策,希望为地方经济繁荣和农民增收奠定坚实基础。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of citrus industry in Qiannan,Guizhou Province,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of production management,brand building and infrastructure construction.These strategies aim to refine management,improve quality,enhance the standardized production level of orchards,strengthen brand building,increase infrastructure construction,and ensure smooth online and offline integrated sales channels,hoping to lay a solid foundation for local economic prosperity and increased farmers'income.
