摘　　要：综述粮食中重金属含量检测过程中的注意事项,分析粮食检测中的重金属检测方法,以期为粮食中重金属含量的检测提供更精准、快速、适用范围更广的检测技术,切实有效地保障人民群众的粮食安全。This paper summarizes the precautions in the detection process of heavy metal content in grains,analyzes the methods used for heavy metal detection in grain testing,with the aim of providing more precise,fast and widely applicable detection technologies for heavy metal content in grains,and effectively safeguarding the food safety of the public.
