摘  要:本研究旨在评估3种生物药剂(白僵菌粉剂、溴氰菊酯乳油、苏云金杆菌生物杀虫粉)对云南松毛虫的防治效果。在施药后1、30 d统计虫口密度和天敌昆虫数量,分析药剂的防治效果和生态影响。结果显示,白僵菌粉剂在30 d内防效达99.67%,展现出持续杀虫作用,对天敌影响较小,适合长期防治。溴氰菊酯乳油则1 d内迅速降低虫口密度,防效达93.33%,但对天敌的影响较大,适合短期应急防治。苏云金杆菌生物杀虫粉表现出与白僵菌相似的长期防治效果,防效达99.43%,对天敌干扰较小。结果表明,白僵菌和苏云金杆菌因较强的持续性和生态友好性,适合作为长期生物防治手段,而溴氰菊酯乳油则适合于需迅速控制虫口密度的紧急情况下使用。本研究为云南松毛虫的科学防治提供理论支撑。This study aims to evaluate the control effect of three biological agents(Beauveria bassiana powder,bromoxystrobin emulsion,and Bacillus thuringiensis biological insecticide powder)on Yunnan pine caterpillars.Three types of pesticides were used to treat Yunnan pine caterpillars,and the population density and number of natural enemies were counted at 24 hours and 30 days after application to analyze the control effect and ecological impact of the pesticides.The results showed that the control effect of Beauveria bassiana powder reached 99.67%within 30 days,demonstrating sustained insecticidal activity with minimal impact on natural enemies,making it suitable for long-term prevention and control.Bromethrin emulsion rapidly reduces insect population density within 24 hours,with a control effect of 93.33%.However,it has a significant impact on natural enemies and is suitable for short-term emergency prevention and control.The biological insecticide powder of Bacillus thuringiensis showed a long-term control effect similar to that of Beauveria bassiana,with a control efficiency of 99.43%and minimal interference with natural enemies.The results indicate that Beauveria bassiana and Bacillus thuringiensis are suitable as long-term biological control methods due to their strong persistence and ecological friendliness;And deltamethrin emulsion is suitable for emergency situations that require rapid control of insect population density.This study provides theoretical support for the scientific prevention and control of pine caterpillars in Yunnan.
