基于结构方程模型的农户适度规模经营意愿影响因素研究——以兰州市榆中县为例

摘　　要：农业适度规模经营是发展现代农业的必由之路,摸清影响农户适度规模经营意愿的因素对加快推进农业适度规模经营具有重要的现实意义。以榆中县为研究范围,基于318份农户调查问卷,采用结构方程模型,研究了影响榆中县农户适度规模经营意愿的因素。结果表明:参与农业生产技术培训情况、农产品销售方式、农业贷款难易程度、农业生产环境情况等4个变量对农户适度规模经营意愿有着极大的影响,农地流转租金/价格情况、耕地地块数量、对土地政策的认知等12个变量也是影响农户适度规模经营意愿的重要因素,而农业生产运用新技术和新农具情况、农业生产投资的回报情况、农业生产经营组织化程度的影响相对较弱。对此提出完善土地流转政策、适当放宽农业贷款条件、加强对农户生产技术的培训教育和相关政策宣传、拓展农产品销售渠道等4方面的建议。Moderate-scale agricultural management is an inevitable way to develop modern agriculture,and understanding the factors that influence farmers'willingness to engage in moderate scale management is of significant practical importance for accelerating this management process.Taking Yuzhong County as the research scope,based on the 318 farmers'questionnaires,and emplys a structural equation model to investigate the factors affecting farmers'willingness to engage in moderate-scale agricultural management in Yuzhong County.The results indicate that four variables-the participation in agricultural production technology training,the methods of agricultural products sales,the difficulty degree of obtaining agricultural loans,and the agricultural production environment-have significant impact on farmers'willingness to engage in moderate scale management.Twelve other variables,including the rental/price situation of farmland transfer,the number of farmland plots,and farmers'understanding of land policies are also enssential factors affecting their willingness.However,the influence of using new agricultural technologies and tools,the return on investment in agricultural production,and the degree of organization in agricultural production and business management is relatively weaker.Based on these findings,four suggestions are put forward:improving land transfer policies,moderately relaxing conditions for agricultural loans,strengthening the production technology training and education for farmers and relevant policy promotion,and expanding the sales channels for agricultural products.
