共同富裕视域下商业养老保险参与社会养老保障体系的内在逻辑与路径选择

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,也是一个长期的历史过程。商业养老保险是养老保险的“第三支柱”已成为社会的共识,其参与社会保障体系具有内在的逻辑性。商业养老保险是社会养老保障必不可少的、重要的、有益的补充;商业养老保险能够实现共同富裕的内在要求;商业养老保险能够提供个性化的养老保障方案,分担因人口老龄化、少子化带来的社会保障压力。商业养老保险参与到社会养老保障体系需要做到:完善商业养老保险相关的法律法规以及相关政策支持,加强监管机构的监管;创新商业保险产品,增加保险产品的供给能力;科技赋能商业养老保险模式变革,助推商业养老保险行业转型升级。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a long-term historical process.The role of commercial pension insurance as the'third pillar'of pension insurance has become a social consensus,and its participation in the social security system is inherently logical.Commercial pension insurance is an indispensable and beneficial supplement to social pension security,it can meet the inherent requirements of common prosperity,and can provide personalized pension security plans,alleviating the social security pressure caused by the population aging and low birth rates.To integrate commercial pension insurance into the social pension security system,it's necessary to improve the relevant laws,regulations and policy support for commercial pension insurance;strengthen the supervision of regulatory agencies;innovate commercial insurance products and increase their supply capacity;leverage technology to transform the business model of commercial pension insurance,promoting the industry's transformation and upgrading.
