学术期刊策划“新质生产力”专栏的思考

摘　　要：面对百年未有之大变局,学术期刊要积极应变、回应热点,策划专题、发表文章,提升刊物的引导力、影响力。“新质生产力”是一个重要的原创理念,将成为学术界的研究热点。本文从紧密服务国家中心工作、回应社会发展变革“热点”、推动学术期刊繁荣发展3个维度阐述学术期刊为什么开展“新质生产力”专栏策划。提出学术期刊根据各刊实际,给出“新质生产力”专栏参考主题;根据主题研究实际,开通审稿快线三方深度交流;培育优秀青年学者,论文先录先发的策划实施方法。最后指出,策划“新质生产力”专栏对各方的要求:编辑部积极回应热点,主动策划;编委会发挥专业特长,组稿撰稿;研究者增强热点敏感,担当作为。Facing the great changes in the past century,academic journals should comply with the historical trend,respond actively to hot spots,plan special topics,publish articles,and enhance the guidance and influence of journals."New quality productivity"is an important original idea,the author predicts that it will become a research hot spot in academic circles.This paper expounds the necessity of developing the column planning of"New quality productivity"in academic journals from three aspects of closely serving the central work of the state,generating'Hot spots'in social development and promoting the prosperity and development of academic journals.Furthermore,it is proposed that academic journals should,according to the reality of each journal,give the reference theme of'New quality productivity'column;according to the reality of subject research,open a fast line of peer review for in-depth exchange among three parties;cultivate outstanding young scholars;The paper is first recorded the implementation of the planning method.Finally,the author points out that the requirements of planning the column of'New quality productivity'are:the editorial department responds to the hot spots actively and plans actively;the editorial committee exerts its professional expertise,solicits contributions and writes articles;and the researchers enhance the sensitivity of the hot spots,act as if.
