摘　　要：科技服务业的发展与壮大对我国加快转变经济发展方式,提高自主创新能力和建设创新型国家具有重要意义。中央商务区作为科技服务的高地,承担着引领科技服务产业发展的重任。在回顾我国中央商务区科技服务业发展历程的基础上,文章首先在强化创新能力、发展科技金融、促进消费升级、打造人才高地、重视国际合作等方面对我国中央商务区科技服务业发展的实践模式进行梳理,其次对世界一流中央商务区科技服务业发展的主要经验作了总结,再次对我国中央商务区科技服务业存在的地区科技服务差距、区域创新协同机制、产学研用生态体系、全球科创辐射能力等方面问题进行分析,最后提出促进我国中央商务区科技服务业高质量发展的对策建议。The development and expansion of the science and technology service industry is of great significance for China speeding up the transformation of its economic development mode,improving its capability of independent innovation and building an innovative country.As the highland of science and technology services,the central business district undertakes the important task of leading the development of the science and technology service industry.On the basis of reviewing the development process of the science and technology service industry of China’s central business districts,this paper firstly sorts out the development practice mode of the science and technology service industry of China’s central business districts in such aspects as strengthening innovation capability,developing science and technology finance,promoting consumption upgrading,creating talents highlands,and attaching importance to international cooperation.Secondly,it summarizes the main experience in the development of the world-class central business district’s science and technology service industry.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems that exist in the science and technology service industry in China’s central business districts,such as the gap in regional science and technology services,the regional innovation collaboration mechanism,the industry-university-research-application ecosystem,and the global scientific and technological innovation radiation capability.Finally,solution proposals for promoting the high-quality development of the science and technology service industry in China’s central business districts are put forward in a targeted manner.
