摘　　要：基于2005—2020年中国31个省的省际面板数据,文章探讨了服务业成本病对技术创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,服务业成本病总体上不利于技术创新,特别是对实质性技术创新的抑制作用较为显著。通过人才获得感的中介效应分析,发现服务业成本病降低了人才的获得感,进而削弱了技术创新动力。此外,市场化程度的提高能够显著调节服务业成本病对技术创新的抑制作用,表明市场化改革有助于矫正服务业成本病的负面影响。地区异质性分析表明,南方地区对服务业成本病更为敏感,而北方地区对服务业成本病的影响相对较弱。研究强调提升服务业效率和优化人才获得感在促进技术创新中的重要性,不仅为理解服务业发展与技术创新之间的关系提供了新视角,也为政策制定提供了依据。Based on inter provincial panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2020,this paper explores the impact and acting mechanism of service industry cost disease on technological innovation.Research finds that the cost disease in the service industry is not conducive to technological innovation on the whole,especially with a significant inhibitory effect on substantive technological innovation.Through the analysis of the mediating effect of talents acquisition,it was found that the cost disease in the service industry reduces talents acquisition,thereby weakening the driving force of technological innovation.In addition,the improvement of marketization can significantly regulate the inhibitory effect of service industry cost diseases on technological innovation,indicating that market-oriented reforms can help correct the negative impact of service industry cost diseases.Regional heterogeneity analysis shows that the southern region is more sensitive to service industry cost diseases,while the impact of service industry cost diseases in the northern region is relatively weak.The study emphasizes the importance of improving service industry efficiency and optimizing talents acquisition in promoting technological innovation,which not only provides a new perspective for understanding the relationship between service industry development and technological innovation,but also provides a basis for policy-making.
