螯合剂对海水基聚合物压裂液耐温耐剪切性能的影响

摘  要:测试了螯合剂对海水基聚丙烯酰胺压裂液耐温耐剪切性能的作用。使用螯合剂作为海水基聚合物压裂液的添加剂,测试140℃耐温耐剪切性能,对比最终黏度和脱水率,并利用环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)观察流变实验后的冻胶状态。在未额外添加螯合剂时,纳滤水聚合物冻胶140℃耐温耐剪切最终黏度为132.2 mPa·s,而海水基冻胶仅为8.5 mPa·s。在螯合剂溶液加量为1.00 mL·(100 mL)^(-1)和0.50 mL·(100 mL)^(-1)条件下,HPMA、EDTA四钠以及EDTMPS可使冻胶在流变实验后脱水率均低于10%,且HPMA溶液在0.25 mL·(100 mL)^(-1)加量下140℃流变最终黏度为132 mPa·s。电镜结果显示,纳滤水冻胶骨架网眼直径约2μm;添加HPMA的海水基冻胶网眼直径约2~10μm,且部分网状结构被破坏。而未添加螯合剂的海水基冻胶骨架严重收缩,难以观察到网状结构。螯合剂对海水基聚合物冻胶主要存在2种作用:螯合剂对高价金属离子及其沉淀物的螯合分散作用、螯合剂与聚合物竞争吸附锆离子。The effect of chelating agents on the temperature and shear resistance of seawater-based polyacrylamide fracturing fluid was tested.Chelating agent was used as the additive of seawater-based polymer fracturing fluid to test the temperature resistance and shear resistance at 140℃,compare the final viscosity and dehydration rate,and observe the gel after temperature and shear resistance test using environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM).The final viscosity of the nanofiltration-water polymer gel was 132.2 mPa·s,while the seawater-based gel was only 8.5 mPa·s without the addition of chelating agents.Under the conditions of adding 1.0 mL·(100 mL)^(-1) and 0.5 mL·(100 mL)^(-1) chelating agent solutions,HPMA,EDTA and EDTMPS could reduce the dehydration rate of the gel to less than 10%,and the final viscosity of the HPMA solution with a 0.25 mL·(100 mL)^(-1) addition at 140℃ was 132 mPa·s.The ESEM results showed that the mesh diameter of the nanofiltration-based water gel skeleton was about 2μm;the diameter of the seawater-based gel mesh with HPMA added was about 2~10μm,and part of the network structure had been damaged.However,the framework of seawater-based gel without chelating agent severely shrank,making it difficult to observe the network structure.There were two main effects of chelating agents on seawater-based polymer gels:the chelating and dispersion effect of the agents on high valent metal ions and their precipitates,and the competitive adsorption of zirconium ions between chelating agents and polymers.
