改性聚丙烯纤维对水工建筑高性能混凝土耐久性能的影响分析

摘　　要：为获得适用于水工建筑耐久性指标良好的聚丙烯纤维高性能混凝土,通过室内实验,采用7组不同聚丙烯纤维掺量、高性能混凝土其他配合比均相同的试件,研究聚丙烯纤维掺量对高性能混凝土耐久性的影响规律。结果表明:掺入聚丙烯纤维后高性能混凝土抵抗早期开裂、抑制氯离子扩散、抗渗能力明显增强;掺粗细混合纤维高性能混凝土抵抗早期开裂、抑制氯离子扩散、抗渗能力明显强于单掺粗纤维高性能混凝土;纤维掺量提高相等质量时,掺粗细混合纤维高性能混凝土抗氯离子扩散系数能力、抗渗性能的增幅大于单掺粗纤维高性能混凝;细纤维掺量一定的情况下,增加相同粗纤维掺量,混凝土的抗渗能力提高值明显大于未掺细纤维混凝土。每立方米高性能混凝土掺入3 kg粗纤维、1 kg细纤维时,耐久性指标最优。In order to obtain polypropylene fiber high-performance concrete with good durability indicators suitable for hydraulic construction,seven sets of specimens with different polypropylene fiber dosages and the same other mix proportions were used to study the influence of polypropylene fiber dosage on the durability of high-performance concrete through indoor experiments.The results indicated that the addition of polypropylene fibers significantly enhanced the resistance of high-performance concrete to early cracking,inhibition of chloride ion diffusion,and impermeability;The resistance to early cracking,inhibition of chloride ion diffusion,and impermeability of highperformance concrete mixed with coarse and fine fibers were significantly stronger than those of high-performance concrete mixed with coarse fibers alone;when the fiber content increased by equal mass,the increase in chloride ion diffusion coefficient and impermeability of high-performance concrete mixed with coarse and fine fibers was greater than that of high-performance concrete mixed with single coarse fiber;when the fine fiber content was constant,increasing the same amount of coarse fiber content significantly improved the impermeability of concrete compared to concrete without fine fiber.When 3 kg of coarse fiber and 1 kg of fine fiber were added to each cubic meter of highperformance concrete,the durability index wasthe best.
