摘  要:为获得不同废旧胶粉掺量对橡胶沥青混凝土路面应用性能的影响,采用室内实验,以40目(0.38 mm)废旧橡胶粉作为改性剂掺入基质沥青中配制橡胶沥青混凝土,选用AC-13型矿料,采用马歇尔实验结合规范算法获得不同胶粉掺量时橡胶沥青混凝土的最佳油石比,进而研究了橡胶沥青混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳性。结果表明:掺入橡胶粉后橡胶沥青混凝土的路用性能3项指标相比基质沥青混凝土均有明显提升,胶粉掺量为20%时橡胶沥青混凝土的路用性能指标最优;胶粉掺量大于20%后橡胶沥青混凝土路用性能指标有所降低,但优于10%胶粉掺量的橡胶沥青混凝土。In order to obtain the effect of different amounts of waste rubber powder on the application performance of rubber asphalt concrete pavement,indoor experiments were conducted,using 40 mesh(0.38 mm)waste rubber powder as a modifier added to the matrix asphalt to prepare rubber asphalt concrete.AC-13 type mineral aggregate was selected,and Marshall test combined with specification algorithm was used to obtain the optimal asphalt stone ratio of rubber asphalt concrete with different amounts of rubber powder.The high-temperature stability of rubber asphalt concrete was then studied,as well aslow temperature crack resistance and water stability.The experimental results showed that the three road performance indicators of rubber asphalt concrete after adding rubber powder were significantly improved compared to the matrix asphalt concrete.When the rubber powder content was 20%,the road performance indicators of rubber asphalt concrete were optimal;after the rubber powder content exceeded 20%,the road performance indicators of rubber asphalt concrete decreased,but it was better than that of rubber asphalt concrete with 10% rubber powder content.
