摘 要:随着对降低生产成本的迫切需要,基于生物材料的化学试剂在油气开发领域的应用将带来显著收益,这些试剂不仅满足环保要求,还具有良好的成本控制效果。最新研究结果表明,很多生物材料进行适当的调整可以较好地替代化学药剂的使用。使用糠醛和尿素对新型生物材料(洋葱皮)进行化学改性,并通过评估流体相容性来确定其在油藏条件下的驱油效率。结果表明:糠醛制表面活性剂(4.2~5.2 mPa·s)相较于糠醛-尿素制表面活性剂(3.2~4.2 mPa·s)具有较高的黏度,且其临界胶束浓度更低。这证明了在不考虑2种新型生物材料制备的表面活性剂的化学稳定性的基础上,新的生物制表面活性剂可以替代传统化学制表面活性剂使用,且糠醛制表面活性剂是比糠醛-尿素制表面活性剂更优选的表面活性剂。With the urgent need to reduce production costs,chemical reagents based on biomaterials that meet environmental requirements and have good cost control effects will bring good benefits if used in the field of oil and gas development.According to the latest research,many biomaterials can be adjusted appropriately to better replace the use of chemical agents.the chemical modification of a new biomaterial(onion skin)was carried out by furfural and urea,and the fluid compatibility was evaluated to determine its oil recovery efficiency under reservoir conditions.The experimental results showed that furfural based surfactants(4.2~5.2 mPa·s)had higher viscosity and lower critical micelle concentration compared to furfural-urea based surfactants(3.2~4.2 mPa·s).Without considering the chemical stability of the surfactants prepared from two new biomaterials,the new bio based surfactants could replace traditional chemical based surfactants,and furfural based surfactants were a more preferred surfactant than furfural-urea based surfactants.
