龙血竭龙血素A提取工艺的优化及其抗氧化作用

摘  要:优化了龙血竭龙血素A的提取工艺,并对其进行抗氧化作用研究。在单因素实验基础上,通过响应面法研究了料液质量比、乙醇质量分数、提取时间、提取温度对龙血素A质量分数的影响。采用DPPH法、ABTS^(+)法、羟自由基清除法考察龙血素A清除自由基的能力。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为料液质量比为1∶20、乙醇质量分数为95%、提取时间为90 min、提取温度为60℃;龙血素A具有一定清除DPPH、ABTS^(+)、羟自由基的能力,但清除能力不如维生素C。龙血竭中的龙血素A具有一定的消除自由基能力,可进一步开发利用。To optimize extraction process of Loureirin A from Resina Draconis and study its antioxidant activity,based on the single-factor experiment,the effect of solid-to-liquid mass ratio,ethanol mass fraction,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction process of Loureirin A was investigated by response surface method.The scavenging ability of free radical was investigated by DPPH,ABTS^(+),·OH method.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows:the solid-to-liquid mass ratio 1∶20,the ethanol mass fraction 95%,the extraction time 90 min,and the extraction temperature 60℃.The Loureirin A could scavenge DPPH free radicals,ABTS free radicals,·OH free radicals,but its scavenging ability was not as good as vitamin C.The Loureirin A from Resina Draconis has a certain ability to scavenge free radicals,which can be further developed and utilized.
