摘  要:表面活性剂在高温和高盐度的共同作用下会沉淀和化学降解。考察了高温对表面活性剂吸附的影响。通过实验表征量化在高温(106℃)和地层水盐度(32000 mg·L^(-1))下表面活性剂的老化时间效应。结果表明:硫酸盐基表面活性剂在高温下存在水解问题,而磺酸盐基表面活性剂在2价离子存在下沉淀。采用烷基醚羧酸盐(WGM)作为主要表面活性剂,针对WGM与烷基多聚葡糖苷(APG)的混合物,进行配伍性测试,固定地层水盐度,使用不同的表面活性剂和辅助表面活性剂混合比例以及总表面活性剂质量分数进行研究。结果表明,界面张力(IFT)为1×10^(-3) mN·m^(-1),表面活性剂在高温区域吸附减少。Surfactants will precipitate and degrade chemically under the combined action of high temperature and high salinity.The effect of high temperature on the adsorption of surfactants was investigated.The aging time effect of surfactants at high temperature(106℃)and formation water salinity(32000 mg·L^(-1))was experimentally characterized and quantified.The results showedthatsulfate-based surfactants had hydrolysis problems at high temperature,while sulfonate-based surfactants precipitated in the presence of divalent ions.Using alkyl ether carboxylate(WGM)as the main surfactant,the compatibility of the mixture of WGM and alkyl polyglucoside(APG)was tested,fixing formation water salinity,using different surfactant and co-surfactant mixing ratios,and total surfactant mass fraction.The results showed that IFT was 1×10^(-3) mN·m^(-1),and surfactant adsorption decreased in the high temperature region of adsorption.
