水溶性丙烯酸树脂对含醇溶绿色色精玻璃烤漆的耐水煮性能研究

摘　　要：首先以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、三聚体固化剂(HT100)、聚四氢呋喃二元醇(PTMEG650)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、对羟基苯甲醚(MEHQ)合成丙烯酸双键封端的无溶剂聚氨酯预聚体,然后采取溶液聚合法加入丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)、苯乙烯(ST)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(LMA)、引发剂、溶剂等原料合成了聚氨酯改性的水溶性丙烯酸树脂。通过大量的实验来综合考察原料配比、反应温度等因素,得出最佳的反应条件。对制备的聚氨酯改性水溶性丙烯酸树脂采用IR等方法进行表征,并以此自制树脂对含醇溶绿色色精玻璃烤漆进行耐水煮性能测试。当R值为3∶1、酸值为60 mg KOH·g^(-1)、羟值为120 mg KOH·g^(-1)、聚氨酯预聚体与丙烯酸单体质量比为3∶7时,其制备的玻璃烤漆可以耐水煮3 h不起泡不脱落。The solvent-free polyurethane prepolymer with double-bond capped acrylic acid was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),trimer curing agent(HT100),polytetrahydrofuran diol(PTMEG650),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and p-hydroxyanisole(MEHQ),the water-soluble acrylic resin modified by polyurethane was synthesized by solution polymerization with acrylic acid(AA),cyclohexyl methacrylate(CHMA),styrene(ST),butyl methacrylate(BMA),methyl methacrylate methacrylate(MMA),methacrylic acid lauryl ester(LMA),initiator and solvent.Through a large number of experiments,the ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and other factorswere comprehensively investigated,the best reaction conditions were obtained.The water-soluble acrylic resin modified by polyurethane was characterized by IR,and the boiling resistance of the resin was tested.When the R value is 3∶1,the acid value is 60 mg KOH·g^(-1),the hydroxyl value is 120 mg KOH·g^(-1),and the mass ratio of polyurethane prepolymer to acrylic monomer is 3∶7,the glass baking paint prepared can withstand boiling for 3 hours without foaming or peeling.
