摘 要:以Cbz/Fmoc保护的L-谷氨酰胺和十二胺为原料,合成了2种谷氨酰胺类的凝胶因子BADC和MADC。通过加热-冷却和试管倒置法测试了凝胶因子在不同溶剂中的凝胶性能。结果表明:BADC和MADC均能使正癸烷、十二烷、十四烷和十六烷形成凝胶。使用傅里叶红外光谱探究了凝胶因子与溶剂的自组装机理,研究发现氢键、范德华相互作用和π-π堆积作用参与到了凝胶因子与溶剂的自组装过程。对凝胶因子凝胶原油/水混合溶液的测试中发现MADC可以选择性地凝结水中的原油,是一种相选择性凝胶因子。Two glutamine-based gelling factors,BADC and MADC,were synthesized using Cbz/Fmoc-protected L-glutamine and dodecylamine as raw materials.The gelling properties of these gelling factors in different solvents were tested by heating-cooling and test tube inversion methods.Both BADC and MADC can gel n-decane,dodecane,tetradecane and hexadecane.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to explore the self-assembly mechanism of the gel factor and the solvent.It wasfound that hydrogen bonds,van der waals interactions and π-π stacking were involved in the self-assembly process of the gel factor and the solvent.In the test of the gelling factor gel crude oil/water mixed solution,it was found that MADC could selectively condense crude oil in water and was a phase-selective gelling factor.
