摘 要:介绍了柴油闭口闪点能力验证计划实施过程,并基于多年的柴油闭口闪点能力验证回收结果评价检测方法的精密度。在6轮次的柴油闪点能力验证中,采用宾斯基马丁闭口杯法测定不同含量水平的柴油闭口闪点,由获得的数据建立了方法重复性限r和再现性限R的计算公式,分别为r=0.0152X-0.0901和R=0.0669X-1.1101。对拟合公式计算结果与国家标准中的精密度公式计算结果的一致性进行了评价。结果表明:能力验证计划的检测数据得到的精密度要优于GB/T 261—2021标准方法规定的精密度,建议相关单位对该国家标准重新修订时考虑引用能力验证结果,相关实验室应采用更为精密的要求加强对闪点的质量控制。The execution of a proficient testing plan of diesel closed-cup flash point was discussed,and the precision of the test method was evaluated based on the proficiency testing plan results.In six rounds of proficiency testing data,the closed flash point of diesel fuel at different content levels was measured using the Binskey-Martin closed-cup method,and the precision of the method was evaluated.The fitting calculation formulas for repeatability limit r and reproducibility limit R were established as r=0.0152X-0.0901 and R=0.0669X-1.1101.The linear fitting curves of precision were used to evaluate the consistency between the fitting formula calculation results and the results calculated as to the national standard method.The results showed that the precisions obtained from the detection data of the proficiency testing plan were prior to the precisions specified in the GB/T 261—2021 standard method.Therefore,it was recommended to use the proficiency plan testing results when the GB/T 261—2021should be revised,and to strengthen the quality control by using the prior precisions of flash points within the laboratories.
