摘 要:研究了碳纳米材料(石墨烯纳米粉、商用石墨烯纳米片、石墨烯纳米片、氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管棉)的形态和石墨化对高压高温(HPHT)钻井条件下酯基钻井液的流变性、滤失性和乳化稳定性的影响。结果表明:酯基钻井液的性质取决于碳纳米材料的形貌和石墨化程度。石墨烯纳米粉末由于其尺寸大、石墨化缺陷数少、表面疏水性最强而表现出最好的性能,提高了酯基钻井液乳液的稳定性和HPHT的滤失性能。石墨烯纳米粉末片材的疏水表面可提供保护,防止钻井液中乳化剂薄膜的热降解。滤失测试显示,石墨烯纳米粉末当石墨烯质量分数为0.007%时,滤液和滤饼厚度分别减少20%和25%。The effects of morphology and graphitization of carbon nanomaterials on the rheology,filtration loss and emulsion stability of ester-based drilling fluids under high-pressure,high-temperature(HPHT)drilling conditions were investigated.Graphene nanopowder,commercial graphene nanosheets,graphene nanosheets,graphene oxide and carbon nanotube cotton were investigated.The results showed that the properties of ester-based drilling fluids depended on the morphology and degree of graphitization of carbon nanomaterials.Graphene nanopowder showed the best performance due to its large size,low number of graphitized defects,and the strongest surface hydrophobicity,which improved the stability of the ester-based drilling fluid emulsion and the HPHT leaching performance.The hydrophobic surface of the graphene nanopowder sheet provided protection against thermal degradation of the emulsifier film in the drilling fluid.Filtration tests showed that graphene nanopowder reduced filtrate and cake thickness by 20%and 25%,respectively,when the graphene mass fraction was 0.007%.
