聚驱后井网重构注入无碱三元乳化体系提高采收率研究

摘  要:X油区储层非均质严重,聚驱后期含水上升快,目前综合含水率达到98.23%,为进一步改善X油区开发效果,开展聚驱后化学驱进一步提高采收率研究。在详细研究储层特征和开发特点的基础上,研究聚驱后各油层剩余油分布特征,明确剩余油富集油层,分析聚驱后平面剩余油分布状况,量化各类剩余油分布,针对区块开发现状、井网井距及剩余油分布特征,提出聚驱后原井网与抽稀井网交替注入无碱三元乳化体系提高采收率方法,优化不同井网注入段塞尺寸。结果表明:X油区聚驱后剩余油主要集中于HⅠ332和HⅠ22层,占总剩余储量的64.26%。分流线处剩余油饱和度比主流线高3.44%,砂体发育越差,分流线处剩余油饱和度越高。聚驱后剩余油以层间干扰、平面干扰和厚油层顶部为主,这3类剩余油占总剩余地质储量的70.95%。区块抽稀井网(段塞尺寸0.2 PV)与原井网(段塞尺寸0.5 PV)交替注入无碱三元乳化体系可以进一步提高采收率,在聚驱基础上提高采收率7.42%。The reservoir heterogeneity in the X oilfield is severe,and the water cut increases rapidly in the late stage of polymer flooding.Currently,the water cut has reached 98.23%.In order to further improve the development efficiency of the X oilfield,research on chemical flooding after polymer flooding was conducted to enhance the oil recovery.Based on a detailed study of the reservoir characteristics and development features,the distribution characteristics of remaining oil in each oil layer after polymer flooding were investigated,and the oil-rich layers where remaining oil accumulatedwere identified.The distribution of remaining oil of diverting stream line and main stream line after polymer flooding was analyzed,and various types of remaining oil distribution were quantified.Considering the current status of block development,well spacing,well network,and the distribution characteristics of remaining oil,a method of alternating injection of alkali-free ternary emulsion system in the well network after polymer flooding was proposed to enhance oil recovery,and the plugging size of different well network was optimized.The resultsshowed that after polymer flooding,the remaining oil in the X oilfield was mainly concentrated in layers HⅠ332 and HⅠ22,accounting for 64.26% of the total remaining reserves.The residual oil saturation at the diversion lines was 3.44% higher than that the main flow lines.The residual oil saturation at diverting stream line was higher when the sand thickness was smaller.After polymer flooding,the remaining oil types were mainly interlayer interference type,plane interference type and thick oil layer top type.These three types of remaining oil accounted for 70.95% of the total remaining geological reserves.Dilution well network(plug size 0.2 PV)and original well network(plug size 0.5 PV)alternating injection with alkali-free ternary emulsion system could further improve recovery rate by7.42% than the polymer flooding.
