摘  要:为解决双酚A装置缺乏结晶工艺操作指导所导致的结晶不稳定问题,采用Aspen Plus软件建立了某炼厂双酚A装置结晶段工艺模型,通过该模型分析温度、压力、搅拌器转速、进料量、进料杂质质量分数对结晶加合物收率及粒径分布的影响,并提出优化方案。结果表明:在结晶器V-201和结晶器V-401温度均为60℃、结晶器V-202与结晶器V-402温度均为51℃、4台结晶器的搅拌器转速为35 r·min^(-1)、一段与二段结晶的原料进料分别为143.2 t·h^(-1)与136.3 t·h^(-1)、杂质质量分数维持在3%以下时,一段双酚A结晶段加合物收率由73.7%提升至75.4%、二段结晶收率由73.0%提升至74.6%;一段与二段结晶的小晶粒质量分数分别由27.6%降低至22.4%、30.0%降低至24.2%。经现场操作实施后,得到了与该变化规律一致的效果。In order to solve the problem of crystallization instability caused by the lack of crystallization process guidance in the bisphenol A unit,the process model for the crystallization section of the bisphenol A unit in the refinery was establish by Aspen plus software.Through this model,the effects of temperature,pressure,agitator speed,feed amount,and feed impurity mass fraction on the yield and particle size distribution of crystalline adduct were analyzed,and an optimization plan was proposed.The results showed that under the best conditions of the crystallizer V-201 and V-401 temperature of 60℃,the crystallizer V-201 and V-401 temperature of 51℃,the four crystallizers rotational speed of 35 r·min^(-1),the feed of raw materials for primary and secondary crystallization 143.2 t·h^(-1) and 136.3 t·h^(-1) respectively,and the impurity mass fraction less than 3%,the yield of adduct in the first stage and second stage bisphenol A crystallization stage increased from 73.7% to 75.4% and 73.0% to 74.6% respectively,and the small grain mass fraction in the first stage and second stage bisphenol A crystallization stage decreased from 27.6% to 22.4% and 30.0% to 24.2% respectively.After on-site operation and implementation,the effect consistent with the change pattern was obtained.
