摘 要:在储氢库建设与运行中,长期暴露在氢气环境中的金属材料容易发生氢渗透现象,进入金属材料内部的氢是影响金属使用性能的重要因素,因此研究金属材料的氢渗透行为对于相关领域具有极为重要的意义。综述了4种目前应用广泛的金属材料氢渗透测试试验方法,包括双电解池氢渗透法、电化学-高压釜法、质谱法和硅油集气法。总结了不同测试试验方法的原理、优点、局限性以及它们在与氢相关领域的应用,并汇总了不同测试原理氢渗透参数的计算方法。此外,还提出了金属材料在高温高压氢环境下渗透率测试设备的建设性意见,为今后研制相关设备打下坚实基础。In the construction and operation of hydrogen storage facilities,metal materials that are exposed to hydrogen gas for long periods are prone to hydrogen permeation,which can significantly affect the performance of the metal.Therefore,studying the behavior of hydrogen permeation in metal materials is of great significance.In this paper,four widely used hydrogen permeability testing methods for metal materials were summarized,including electrochemical-autoclave,mass spectrometry and silicone oil gas collection.The principles,advantages,limitations of different test methods and their applications in hydrogen-related fields weresummarized,and the calculation methods of hydrogen permeability parameters of different test principles weresummarized.In addition,constructive suggestions on the permeability testing equipment of metal materials under high temperature and high pressure hydrogen environmentwere put forward,which could lay a solid foundation for the development of related equipment in the future.
