摘 要:为了改善吐哈特低渗透油藏水平井采用笼统注水时剖面动用不充分、水驱开发效率低的问题,分析了目标特低渗透油藏储层基本特征以及开发过程中所存在的问题,在此基础之上,开展了适合目标区块的水平井有缆智能分注技术研究,并将该技术成功进行了现场应用。结果表明:目标特低渗透油藏平均孔隙度为13.7%,平均渗透率为2.8×10^(-3)μm^(2),属于典型的特低渗透油藏。水平井智能分注系统能够实现对注水井的精细分段注水调控,避免出现注水井多段改造后吸水剖面严重不均衡的问题,进而确保注水井组长期注水见效。水平井智能分注技术在湖平36-61井和湖平12-23井进行了现场应用,对应的采油井均表现出较好的见效特征,井组日增油达到了2.3 t,截至目前累计增油达到了786 t,取得了良好的现场应用效果。In order to improve the problem of insufficient profile utilization and low water drive development efficiency when using general water injection in the horizontal wells of the Tuha ultra-low permeability reservoir,the basic characteristics of the target ultra-low permeability reservoir and the problems existing in the development process were analyzed.Based on this,a research on intelligent cable injection technology for horizontal wells suitable for the target block was carried out,and the technology was successfully applied on site.The results showed that the average porosity of the target ultra-low permeability reservoir was 13.7%,and the average permeability was 2.8×10^(-3)μm^(2),belonging to a typical ultra-low permeability reservoir.The intelligent water injection system for horizontal wells canachieve precise segmented water injection control for water injection wells,avoiding the problem of severe imbalanced water injection profiles after multi-stage renovation of water injection wells,and ensuring long-term water injection effectiveness of the water injection well group.The intelligent horizontal well injection technology has been applied in Huping 36-61 well and Huping 12-23 well,and the corresponding oil production wells have shown good effective characteristics.The daily oil increase of the well group has reached 2.3t,and the cumulative oil increase has reached 786t so far,achieving good on-site application results.
