摘 要:针对乙烯装置长周期运行过程中出现裂解气压缩机轴位移、温度缓慢升高的异常情况进行了介绍,通过个别参数偏离、裂解气组成变化、压缩比偏离、四段流量增加导致轴向力不平衡、压缩机结垢引起轴向力的变化等5个方面分析可能导致轴位移故障、温度升高的原因,采取故障排查、调整工艺系统、优化洗油注入的品质、调整润滑油系统、高压缸注油、注水甚至停机检修等措施,寻找压缩机高压缸轴位移变化的原因。在不影响生产负荷的前提下,通过一系列举措,改变了压缩机转子轴向力的分布,最终成功消除了轴位移、止推瓦温度缓慢升高导致的设备故障。The abnormal situation of axial displacement and slow temperature rise of cracked gas compressor during the long period operation of ethylene unit was introduced.The possible causes of shaft displacement failure and temperature rise were analyzed from five aspects:individual parameter deviation,cracked gas composition change,compression ratio deviation,axial force imbalance caused by the increase of flow rate in four stages,and axial force change caused by compressor scaling.Some measures were taken,such as troubleshooting,adjusting the process system,optimizing the quality of washing oil injection,adjusting the lubricating oil system,high pressure cylinder oil injection,water injection and even shutdown maintenance,to find the cause of the displacement change of the compressor high pressure cylinder shaft.Under the premise of not affecting the production load,through a series of measures,the axial force distribution of the compressor rotor was changed,and finally the equipment failure caused by the axial displacement and the slow rise of the thrust watt temperature was successfully eliminated.
