摘 要:微雾喷嘴作为降尘设备常用压力喷嘴,广泛应用于各种降尘场所,为了提高降尘设备喷雾降尘效率和为喷嘴选型提供依据,选用工业现场常用斯普瑞微雾喷嘴展开喷嘴流量、雾化角、射程、雾滴粒径及降尘性能试验研究.试验结果表明:供水压力不变时,喷嘴流量、雾化角和雾滴粒径均随着出口直径的增大而增加,而射程呈现逐渐减小的趋势;喷嘴出口直径不变时,随着喷嘴供水压力不断增加,喷嘴水流量和射程不断增大,雾滴粒径不断减小,雾化角先增大后减小;出口直径为0.7 mm的喷嘴最适用于喷雾降尘现场,且喷嘴全尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率均随着供水压力的增加而增大.As a common pressure nozzle for dust suppression equipment,the micro fog nozzle is widely used in various dust suppression places.In order to provide a basis for improving the dust suppression efficiency of dust suppression equipment spray and nozzle selection,the industrial field common spree micro fog nozzle is selected to carry out the experimental research on nozzle flow,atomization angle,range,droplet size and dust suppression performance.The experimental results show that the nozzle flow rate,atomization angle and droplet size increase with the increase of outlet diameter,while the range decreases gradually when the water supply pressure is kept unchanged.If the fixed nozzle outlet diameter is constant and the nozzle water supply pressure is increasing,the nozzle water flow rate and range are increasing,the droplet size is decreasing,and the atomization angle first increases and then decreases.The nozzle outlet diameter of 0.7 mm is most suitable for the spray dust suppression site,and the dust suppression efficiency of the nozzle total dust and respirable dust increases with the water supply pressure gradually increasing.
