摘 要:以内蒙古自治区“揭榜挂帅”项目“十大孔兑风水复合侵蚀区泥沙阻控与近自然生态修复技术集成与示范研究”实施方案与任务书为基础,在阐明黄河流域防沙治沙需求、研究现状、存在的问题、研究概况基础上,从理论、技术、产品研发、集成示范等层面论述了研究方法,对十大孔兑流域泥沙治理和生态修复技术的路径进行了分析,梳理出本研究的主要创新点包括:(1)明确维持植被生态系统稳定性的水资源承载力及阈值,破解人工退化植被提质增效关键技术难题;(2)构建不同生态修复空间的泥沙阻控技术和多位一体的近自然生态修复技术体系与模式,实现多技术集成;(3)构建十大孔兑不同生态修复空间的泥沙阻控和近自然生态修复技术体系与应用示范。Based on the implementation plan and task book of“Integration and Demonstration Research on Sedimentation Control and Near Natural Ecological Restoration Technology in Ten Tributaries of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia”,clarifying the demand,research status,existing problems,and research overview of sand prevention and control in the Yellow River Basin,this article discusses the research methods from the theoretical,technical,product research and development,and integrated demonstration levels.The main innovations of this study are summarized,including 1)clarifying the water resource carrying capacity and threshold to maintain the stability of vegetation ecosystems,and solving the key technical difficulties of improving the quality and efficiency of artificially degraded vegetation;2)constructing sediment control technologies for different ecological restoration spaces and a multi integrated near natural ecological restoration technology system and model to achieve multi technology integration;3)constructing a sediment control and near natural ecological restoration technology system and application demonstration in Ten Tributaries with different ecological restoration spaces.
