水利基础设施REITs合规手续要点解析——以浙江绍兴汤浦水库工程为例

摘　　要：确保水利基础设施项目合规性,不仅是项目能否满足盘活条件的政策要求,更是项目能够发挥其应有价值的重要前提。2024年9月,银华绍兴原水REIT项目成功获得中国证监会准予注册的批复。文章结合该项目底层资产(汤浦水库工程)业务实践,从水利基础设施投资管理手续合规层面进行初步解读和探讨,以供参考。Ensuring the compliance of water conservancy infrastructure projects is not only a policy requirement for meeting the revitalization conditions but also an important prerequisite for the project to realize its due value.In September,the Yinhua Shaoxing Raw Water REIT project successfully obtained registration approveeoed the China Securities Regulatory Commission.This article combines the business practice of the project's underlying assets,the Tangpu Reservoir project,to provide a preliminary interpretation and discussion from the perspective of compliance with investment management procedures for water conservancy infrastructure,for reference purposes.
