摘　　要：本文结合玉柴K08柴油发动机油底壳垫片漏油故障,通过对纸垫片密封原理的说明,结合纸垫片的实际应用,阐述了纸垫片密封失效的原因。同时本文解释了纸垫片密封与螺栓压紧力的关系,通过对螺栓压紧力的改善,避免纸垫片回弹性能降低后,螺栓力的衰减导致的密封失效。进而解决该发动机油底壳垫片的漏油问题,提升发动机密封可靠性。This article combines the oil leakage fault of Yuchai K08 diesel engine oil pan gasket.Explains the sealing principle of paper gasket,and combines the practical application of paper gasket in engine oil pan sealing to explain the reasons for the failure of paper gasket sealing.At the same time,this article explains the relationship between paper gasket sealing and bolt clamping force.By improving the bolt clamping force,it avoids the sealing failure caused by the attenuation of bolt force due to the decrease in paper gasket rebound performance.Furthermore,it can solve the oil leakage problem of the engine oil pan gasket and improve the sealing reliability of the engine.
