摘 要:减震皮带轮由轮毂、橡胶、带轮组成,用来降低轴系的扭转振动,改善发动机NVH性能及对曲轴前端附件系统提供动力,减震皮带轮螺栓是固定减震皮带轮的重要紧固件。皮带轮螺栓提供的夹紧力在曲轴、皮带轮及正时驱动链轮之间形成的摩擦力矩,不足以传递它们之间的相对转动力矩,则曲轴、减震皮带轮和正时驱动链轮之间会产生打滑现象,从而造成减震皮带轮螺栓松脱,发动机运行失效。本文通过对某车型皮带轮螺栓松脱问题进行分析,从皮带轮螺栓松脱力矩计算、皮带轮螺栓返脱力矩、车辆搭载验证等方面进行验证,从提升接触面摩擦系数而解决皮带轮螺栓松脱的故障。The damping belt pulley is composed of hub,rubber and belt pulley.It is used to reduce torsional vibration of shafting,improve engine NVH performance and provide power to crankshaft front accessory system.The damping belt pulley bolt is an important fastener fixing the damping belt pulley.The clamping force provided by the pulley bolt is insufficient to transmit the relative rotational torque between the crankshaft,pulley,and crankshaft sprocket,resulting in slippage between the crankshaft,pulley,and crankshaft sprocket,leading to loosening of the damping pulley bolt and engine failure.In this paper,through the analysis of a certain model of belt wheel bolt loose problem,from the belt wheel bolt loose torque calculation,belt wheel bolt back torque,vehicle verification and other aspects of verification,improve the friction coefficient of contact surface to solve the problem of belt wheel bolt loose.
