摘　　要：空压机油乳化是空压机运行过程中常见的故障问题之一。厦门地铁内燃机车空压机采用螺杆式空压机。本文通过分析内燃机车的螺杆式空压机工作原理和运用情况,研究螺杆式空压机油乳化的原因,制定消除油乳化问题的解决措施,从而保证内燃机空压机安全稳定运行。Air compressor oil emulsification is one of the common problems in the operation of air compressor.The screw type air compressor is adopted in Xiamen Metro diesel locomotive air compressor,which has the advantages of simple structure,small in size,safe and reliable work,long service life and convenient maintenance.This paper analyzes the working principle and application of diesel locomotive screw air compressor,studies the causes of oil emulsification of screw air compressor,and formulates the solution measures to eliminate oil emulsification problem,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of internal combustion engine air compressor.
