对柴油发动机机械式注油器定时检测与校准的研究

摘　　要：安全可靠的气缸润滑系统能避免拉缸等故障发生,确保柴油发动机的正常运行。对此先概述了船用柴油机汽缸注油器的类型和机械式注油装置结构特点,然后分析了机械式气缸注油器工作原理特点及气缸润滑管理及检查方法,对气缸注油器定时检查与调整的方法和步骤进行了较为详细地阐述,并以MAN B&W 7 L 60 MC/MCE二冲程柴油机为例作气缸注油器定时调整方法的介绍,列举的校正方法供相关技术人员参考。The operation condition of diesel engine depends on the safe and reliable cylinder lubrication system,good lubrication can avoid the occurrence of cylinder and other failures.This article first outlines the types of cylinder injectors for marine diesel engines and the structural characteristics of mechanical injectors.Then,it analyzes the working principle and characteristics of mechanical cylinder injectors,as well as cylinder lubrication management and inspection methods.It elaborates in detail on the methods and steps for timing inspection and adjustment of cylinder injectors,and takes MAN B&W 7L 60 MC/MCE two-stroke diesel engines as an example to introduce the timing adjustment method of cylinder injectors.The listed calibration methods are for reference by relevant technical personnel.
