摘  要:活塞环是内燃机的重要组成部分,其表面的精细加工对于功效和耐久性至关重要,其中珩磨这一环节是确保精度的关键步骤。但在珩磨后,活塞环上的金属颗粒和黏附润滑油需要进行准确且高效地清洗,这对于制造效率和产品质量具有至关重要的影响。本研究设计并优化了一个活塞环珩磨后的高效自动清洗装置,该装置结构简单、操作方便,可实现自动化清洗操作。对其性能进行了一个系列的实验测试和优化,结果表明,该设备清洗效果显著,能有效提升活塞环珩磨后的清洁度,同时具有较高的稳定性和使用寿命,并且大幅度提高了生产效率和制造质量,降低了生产成本。此研究结果为制造业提供了一个有效的高效清洗方案,具有广泛的应用潜力和推广价值。Piston ring is an important part of the internal combustion engine,and the fine processing of its surface is crucial for efficacy and durability,among which honing is the key step to ensure accuracy.However,after honing,the metal particles and adhesive lubricants on the piston ring require accurate and efficient cleaning,which has a crucial influence on manufacturing efficiency and product quality.This study designed and optimized an efficient automatic cleaning device after piston ring honing,which is simple and convenient,and can realize automated cleaning operation.A series of experimental tests and optimization of its performance,the results show that the cleaning effect of the equipment is significant,can effectively improve the cleanliness of the piston ring after honing,with high stability and service life,and greatly improve the production efficiency and manufacturing quality,and reduce the production cost.The results of this study provide an effective and efficient cleaning scheme for the manufacturing industry,which has wide application potential and promotion value.
