摘  要:为满足线纹类量具线性标尺标记宽度和宽度差现场、在线实时检测需求,提高小尺寸测量面、异形测量面的综合检测能力和测量精度,研制了具有自动识别软件、数据处理程序的微型线纹标尺标记测量系统,发挥智能化、自动化、轻量化的优势,用于现场、在线实时测量常见代表性量具线性标记参数。介绍了微型线纹标尺标记测量系统的整体结构、使用说明及测量方法,检测全过程与国家现行计量技术规范等效,能够满足线纹类量具线性标尺标记宽度和宽度差现场、在线实时检测需求,实用性很强,可进一步推广应用。In order to meet the on-site and on-line real-time detection requirements of linear scale marking width and width difference of linear measuring,and to improve the comprehensive detection ability and measurement accuracy of small size measuring surfaces and irregular measuring surfaces,a miniature linear scale marking measurement system with automatic recognition software data processing procedures was developed.It utilizes the advantages of intelligence,automation,and light weight to measure the linear marking parameters of common representative measuring instruments on-site on-line in real-time.This paper introduces the overall structure,instructions for use,and measurement methods of the miniature linear scale marking measurement system.The entire detection is equivalent to the current national metrological technical specifications,which can meet the on-site and on-line real-time detection requirements of the linear scale marking width and width of linear measuring instruments.It is very practical and can be further promoted and applied.
