摘 要:本文对船舶发动机中的机械系统、润滑系统、冷却系统、燃油系统和电气系统运行中常见的故障进行了阐述,并对这些故障的成因及影响进行了分析。对于这些故障的检测方法,文章探讨了传统故障检测与现代智能故障检测的差异,现代故障检测结合了传感器、数据采集、神经网络和机器学习算法等技术,有效提高了故障检测的效率。最后,文章提出了预防性维护、定期检查和更换零部件、优化运行条件和避免过度负荷等故障处理策略,来保障船舶发动机的安全运行。本文旨在为船舶发动机的运行维护提供参考。This article elaborates on the common faults in the operation of mechanical systems,lubrication systems,cooling systems,fuel systems,and electrical systems in ship engines,and analyzes the causes and effects of these faults.For these fault detection methods,the article explores the differences between traditional fault detection and modern intelligent fault detection.Modern fault detection combines technologies such as sensors,data acquisition,neural networks,and machine learning algorithms,effectively improving the efficiency of fault detection.Finally,the article proposes fault handling strategies such as preventive maintenance,regular inspection and replacement of components,optimization of operating conditions,and avoidance of excessive loads to ensure the safe operation of ship engines.This article aims to provide reference for the operation and maintenance of ship engines.
