摘 要:汽车氧传感器主要是通过对汽车尾气中氧分子的浓度进行自动检测的一种自动化装备,其能够将所检测到的信号传输到电脑中,然后通过电脑对传感器所反馈的可燃混合气体的浓度信号进行分析作出控制喷油量信号的设备。氧传感器经常会安装在汽车的排气管中段位置,并与三元催化反应器共同协作确保汽车混合气的空燃比控制在合理范围内,保证汽车运行安全。本文在研究时通过对现代汽车氧传感器的工作原理进行分析,探究现代汽车氧传感器常见故障诊断,最后提出故障诊断与排除方法,旨在为现代汽车氧传感器故障维修提供参考。The oxygen sensor is mainly an automatic equipment that automatically detects the concentration of oxygen molecules in the automobile exhaust gas,which can transmit the detected signal to the computer,and then analyze the concentration signal of the combustible mixed gas fed back by the computer to control the fuel injection signal.The oxygen sensor is often installed in the middle of the exhaust pipe of the vehicle,and collaborates with the three-way catalytic reactor to ensure that the air-fuel ratio of the vehicle mixture is controlled within a reasonable range to ensure the safety of the vehicle operation.In the research,this paper analyzes the working principle of modern automobile oxygen sensor,explores the common fault diagnosis of modern automobile oxygen sensor,and finally puts forward the fault diagnosis and elimination method,aiming at providing reference for the fault maintenance of modern automobile oxygen sensor.
