摘 要:在绿色环保的21世纪,绿色船舶的发展备受关注,船舶柴油机尾气的处理技术是提高船舶环保性能的关键因素之一。本文以船舶柴油机废气处理方法中常见的鼓泡式过滤器为研究内容,搭建了实验平台以观察不同结构的曝气装置下过滤器的鼓泡特性,发现了聚合、相互抑制及彼此无影响三种相互影响模式,并分析了曝气装置不同的进气孔尺寸及气孔之间距离对鼓泡特性的影响,研究结果表明在双进气孔工况下,发现气孔尺寸、气孔间距离、进气速度均会影响气泡的尺寸。In the green and environmentally friendly 21st century,the development of green ships has attracted much attention,the treatment technology of marine diesel engine exhaust is one of the key factors to improve the environmental performance of ships.This article focuses on the commonly used bubble filter in the treatment of exhaust gas from marine diesel engines,The experimental platform was builted to observe the bubble characteristics of filters under different structures of aeration devices,three modes of mutual influence were discovered:aggregation,mutual inhibition,and no influence on each other.And the influence of different inlet hole sizes and distances between holes on the bubbling characteristics of the aeration device were analyzed,The research results indicate that under the dual inlet condition,it was found that the size of the air holes,the distance between the air holes,and the inlet velocity all affect the size of the bubbles.
