摘 要:本系统是一种活塞式发动机气门正时及可变升程驱动系统,它利用剪切增稠液临界速率相变特性和凸轮变速曲线驱动规律,根据凸轮转速(或发动机转速)变化,自适应获得与凸轮转速变化同向变化的剪切增稠挺柱的有效长度,自动调整气门开启提前角、升程和关闭延迟角,从而提高发动机的动力性、强化程度、低温起动性、低速稳定性、经济性和排气清洁性。该技术方案无需电子控、机械结构简单、工作可靠、布置方便、成本较低、维修容易、发动机动力输出流畅,能广泛应用于各类活塞式发动机的气门驱动。This system is a piston engine valve timing and variable lift drive system.It utilizes the critical rate phase transition characteristics of shear thickening fluid and the driving law of cam variable speed curve.According to the change of cam speed(or engine speed),it adaptively obtains the effective length of shear thickening tappet that changes in the same direction as the change of cam speed,automatically adjusts the valve opening advance angle,lift and closing delay angle,thereby improving the engine's power performance,strengthening degree,low-temperature starting performance,low-speed stability,economy and exhaust cleanliness.This technical solution does not require electronic control,has a simple mechanical structure,reliable operation,convenient layout,low cost,easy maintenance,and smooth engine power output.It can be widely used for valve drive of various piston engines.
