摘 要:新能源汽车高速发展的历程中,安全问题是最受重视的问题之一。电动汽车的电池组功率密度高达数百kW/kg,在热过载或短路情况下,必须将电池与电气系统的其余部分进行电气隔离,方可达到整车安全的需求。引爆式断路器通过爆炸的方式可快速断开高达1000 V的电池系统短路电流,降低电池故障导致危险发生的概率,从而保护车辆及人员安全。本文深入研究了引爆式断路器的结构与工作原理,对比分析其相对传统熔断器的性能特点与优势,研究分析了其在新能源汽车上的应用情况,并展望了引爆式断路器的发展前景与方向。In the rapid development of new energy vehicles,safety is one of the most important issues.The power density of the battery pack in electric vehicles can reach several hundred kW/kg.In the event of thermal overload or short circuit,the battery must be electrically isolated from the rest of the electrical system to meet the safety requirements of the entire vehicle.Explosive circuit breakers can quickly disconnect short-circuit currents of up to 1000 V in battery systems through explosions,reducing the probability of dangerous situations caused by battery failures and protecting vehicle and personnel safety.This article delves into the structure and working principle of explosive circuit breakers,compares and analyzes their performance characteristics and advantages compared to traditional fuses,studies and analyzes their application in new energy vehicles,and looks forward to the development prospects and directions of explosive circuit breakers.
