摘　　要：本文以新质生产力理论为指导,分析了新能源汽车产业发展对人才的需求特点,并对职业院校新能源汽车专业教学可能存在的问题进行深入分析,从课程体系改革、实践教学模式创新、产教融合等方面提出了具体建议,培养适应产业发展需要的新能源汽车专业创新型人才。培养学生具备独立思考、创新设计和实践操作的能力,适应新质生产力的需求,为新能源汽车行业的创新与发展做出贡献,为职业院校新能源汽车专业人才培养提供参考。Guided by the theory of new quality productivity,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the demand for talents in the development of the new energy vehicle industry,and makes an in-depth analysis of the possible problems in the teaching of new energy vehicles in vocational colleges.Cultivate students'ability to think independently,innovate design and practical operation,adapt to the needs of new quality productivity,contribute to the innovation and development of the new energy vehicle industry,and provide reference for the training of new energy vehicle professionals in vocational colleges.
