摘 要:研究以感病和未感病的三叶草叶片为实验材料,利用考马斯亮蓝法和紫外吸收法测定2种三叶草叶片的可溶性蛋白含量,同时测定了2种叶片的丙二醛含量。结果表明,2种可溶性蛋白测定的实验方法所测结果基本一致,可溶性蛋白含量均是未感病叶片高于感病叶片,未感病叶片可溶性蛋白含量为39.98mg/g。感病叶片丙二醛含量低于未感病叶片,说明未感病叶片对锈病的耐受性及抗病性均高于感病叶片。因此,研究从生理特性上为三叶草抗病资源的利用和抗病品种培育奠定了基础。In this study,susceptible and non-susceptible Trifolium pratense leaves were used as experimental materials.The soluble protein contents of the two kinds of leaves were determined by the Coomassie blue staining and the ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents were also determined.It was shown that the results of the two soluble protein determination experimental methods were basically consistent.The soluble protein content of non-susceptible leaves(39.98 mg/g)was higher than that of susceptible leaves.The MDA content of susceptible leaves was lower than that of non-susceptible leaves,indicating that the non-susceptible leaves were more tolerant and resistant to rust.Therefore,this study lays a physiological foundation for the utilization of disease-resistant resources and the cultivation of new disease-resistant varieties.
