摘　　要：分析了氯碱企业培训存在的问题和产生的原因,提出了针对性的解决对策,企业培训需要建立符合实际的培训计划和制度体系,打造专业的内训师队伍,调整与培训匹配的薪资结构,完善培训资源,采用多元化的培训方式和组织形式,以实现氯碱企业培训的预期目标。Training in chlor-alkali enterprises is an important means to improve employee capabilities and promote the development of chlor-alkali enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of training in chlor-alkali enterprises and proposes targeted solutions.Chlor-alkali enterprise training needs to establish a training plan and system that fits the actual situation,build a professional internal trainer team,adjust the salary structure to match the training,improve training resources,and adopt diversified training methods and organizational forms to achieve the expected goals of chlor-alkali enterprise training.
