摘　　要：环氧树脂生产过程中副产的高盐有机废水通过湿式空气氧化处理后,TOC含量满足离子膜原料盐水的指标,可实现盐资源循环回收利用。本文通过分析湿式氧化装置和离子膜烧碱装置运行参数,判定回收盐水质量对离子膜性能参数的影响,确认回收盐水所占最大比例,并对盐循环经济效益进行了评估。The high-salt organic wastewater produced as a by-product in the production process of epoxy resin,after being treated by wet air oxidation,meets the TOC content indicators of the raw saltwater for ion exchange membrane,and can achieve the recycling and utilization of salt resources.This paper analyzes the operating parameters of the wet oxidation device and the ion exchange membrane caustic soda device to determine the impact of the quality of the recovered saltwater on the performance parameters of the ion exchange membrane,confirms the maximum proportion of the recovered saltwater,and evaluates the economic benefits of salt recycling.
