摘　　要：通过分析研究净化工艺控制参数对回收单体质量的影响,提出了合理的净化工艺,以去除回收单体中的杂质,使氯乙烯单体成分明显改善,提升了聚合釜的利用率,提高了聚氯乙烯产能和企业经济效益。This paper proposes a reasonable purification process to remove impurities from the recovered monomer by analyzing the impact of purification process control parameters on the quality of the recovered monomer,significantly improving the composition of vinyl chloride monomers,enhancing the utilization rate of the polymerization reactor,and increasing the production capacity of polyvinyl chloride as well as the economic benefits of the enterprise.
