摘 要:在界定数字农业新质生产力概念内涵和形成逻辑的基础上,基于马克思生产力三要素理论从“高素质”农业劳动者、“新介质”农业劳动资料、“新料质”农业劳动对象三个方面构建数字农业新质生产力发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数法、β收敛模型依次对中国数字农业新质生产力发展水平、地区差异及收敛性进行分析。结果表明:中国数字农业新质生产力发展水平均值从东到西呈逐渐降低特征,且东部均值高于全国平均水平、中西部均值低于全国平均水平;数字农业新质生产力发展水平差异在全国范围内和西部内缩小、在东部内先扩大后缩小、中部内呈扩大态势,差异水平均值呈东—西—中逐渐降低特征;区域间差异均呈逐渐缩小趋势,差异水平呈东西部间最大、中西部间最小特征,且区域间差异是导致总体差异产生的主要来源;全国总体及三大区域均存在绝对β和条件β收敛,且东部收敛速度最快,中、西部收敛速度相对较慢。The new quality productivity is a new form of productive capacity with the leap of laborers,means of labor,objects of labor and their optimized combination as its basic connotation and a significant increase in total factor productivity as its core indicator.Accelerating the cultivation of digital new quality productivity in the agricultural sector will inject new impetus into enhancing the digitalization level of agriculture,promoting high-quality agricultural development,and advancing the modernization of agriculture with Chinese characteristics,which is conducive to the construction of an agricultural power.Based on this,this paper defines the concept and formation logic of the new quality productivity of digital agriculture,the evaluation index system of the development level of the new quality productivity of digital agriculture was constructed from three aspects of Marx’s three elements of productivity:“high-quality”agricultural laborers,“new media”agricultural labor materials and“new material and quality”agricultural labor objects,using entropy method,Dagum Gini coefficient method,βconvergence model sequentially analyzed the development level,regional differences,and convergence of new quality productivity in China’s digital agriculture.The results showed that the average development level of new quality productivity in China’s digital agriculture was gradually decreasing from east to west,and the average in eastern China was higher than the national average,and the average in central and western China was lower than the national average;The difference in the development level of the new quality productivity of digital agriculture narrowed nationwide and in the west,expanded first in the east and then narrowed,and showed an expanding trend in the central region,the average level of differences showed a gradually decreasing trend from east to west to central;The regional differences were gradually decreasing,with the highest level of differences between the eastern and western regions and
