摘  要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)和电子拉伸试验机等研究了添加不同的Er(0、1、3和5 mass%)含量对铸态Mg-8Gd-2Nd-0.5Zr合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:Er元素的加入可以代替Gd原子的位置,形成Mg_(5)(Gd,Er)相,细化合金的晶粒。除此之外,Er元素溶入基体中可以改变合金的晶格常数,使晶轴比c/a减小,影响合金的强度和塑性。当Er的添加量为3 mass%时,合金的晶粒尺寸最小,约为32μm,抗拉强度和伸长率最大,分别为230 MPa和8.1%,较未添加Er的合金分别提高了32.9%和88.3%。合金的室温拉伸断口随着Er含量的增加,解理面减少,撕裂棱变多,但总体仍表现为脆性断裂。Effect of adding different Er(0,1,3 and 5 mass%)contents on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-8Gd-2Nd-0.5Zr alloy was studied by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis and electronic tensile testing machine.The results show that the addition of Er element can replace the position of Gd atoms,form Mg_(5)(Gd,Er)phase,and refine the grain size of the alloy.In addition,the dissolution of Er elements into the matrix can change the lattice constant of the alloy,reduce the crystal axis ratio c/a,and affect the strength and plasticity of the alloy.When the addition amount of Er is 3 mass%,the grain size of the alloy is the smallest,about 32μm,the tensile strength and elongation are the highest,which are 230 MPa and 8.1%,respectively,which are 32.9%and 88.3%higher than the alloy without the addition of Er.With the increase of Er content,the room temperature tensile fracture of the alloys shows a decrease in cleavage planes and an increase in tearing edges,but overall their still exhibits brittle fracture.
